1. The 14-Day Evaluation Window We engineer tools for those who hear the difference. If the ASTRAL-01 architecture does not align with your acoustic requirements, you may initiate a return protocol within 14 days of successful hardware delivery.

2. Condition of Return To qualify for a refund or exchange, the hardware must remain in its original, pristine state.

• The transparent polycarbonate shell must be unblemished.

• All modular components (earpads, logic boards, cables) must be intact.

• Original brutalist packaging must be included.

3. Initiation Protocol Do not ship hardware blindly. To initiate a return or exchange, contact our operational node directly. We will provide a secure return manifest and routing instructions.

4. Structural Defects In the rare event of a mechanical or acoustic failure right out of the box, ASTRAL covers the full cost of hardware replacement and expedited transit.
