1. Deployment Protocol Every ASTRAL-01 unit is individually audited for acoustic integrity before dispatch. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for final hardware assembly, QA testing, and secure packaging before your unit enters the transit grid.

2. Transit Networks We utilize express aerial logistics for all global deployments.

• Domestic (Grid 01): 2–4 standard operational days.

• International (Global Grid): 5–10 operational days, depending on local routing nodes.

3. Telemetry & Tracking Upon dispatch, a unique tracking telemetry link will be established and forwarded to your primary communication channel (email). Use this to monitor your hardware's location in real-time.

4. Customs & Import Duties For international deployments, the end-user assumes all responsibility for local customs processing, tariffs, or import taxes required by their regional grid.
