1. System Access By accessing the ASTRAL digital infrastructure (this website) and purchasing our hardware, you agree to this End-User Protocol. ASTRAL reserves the right to terminate access to the digital shop for any user violating these parameters.

2. Hardware Modification The ASTRAL-01 is a modular unit designed for specific end-user customizations (e.g., swapping memory foam cushions or external cables). However, unauthorized tampering with the internal A1 logic board or the biometric audio sensors voids all manufacturer guarantees.

3. Intellectual Property All digital architecture, 3D schematics, audio engines (including the Wave Audio Player component), and brand aesthetics displayed on this grid are the exclusive intellectual property of Vizualogy Studio and the ASTRAL brand. Unauthorized duplication or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Liability Constraint ASTRAL is not liable for hearing degradation caused by sustained exposure to maximum frequency outputs. The ASTRAL-01 is capable of studio-grade acoustic pressure; end-users must regulate their own exposure.
